actions,accordingtothechoicesonehasmade,aswellastheabilitytoinflu-
encetherangeoftheavailablechoices,andthesocialenvironment.Simply
put,uthetrueempowerment”udoesnotonlyconsistinacquiringtheabilities
necessaryforeńectiveparticipationinthegame,therulesofwhichhavebeen
formulatedbysomeoneelse.Trueempowermentalsoentailsgainingthepower
necessaryforco-decidingonthegoals,stakesandrulesofthegameonepartic-
ipatesin”(Bauman,2007,p.196onwards).
Havingacceptedthefactthatitisnecessarytoapproachworkersinaway
whichfosterstheirsubjectivity,theimportanceofthesubjectiveandsubjectivi-
ty-orientededucationmustbeemphasized.Teresponsibilityforcarryingitinto
eńectrestsmostlywithschools;incaseoftheemployees)subjectivity,mostlyvo-
cationalschools,colleges,universities,aswellasorganizationsemployingcertain
workers.So,complyingwiththisrequirementdependsmostlyontheteachers
preparingtheirstudentstobecomingasubjectintheirfuturework(aswell
asinthelifesituationsoutsidework),thepeoplemanagingtheorganization,
aswellasworkersthemselves.Oneofthewaysoffulfillingtherequirementmay
becoaching,whichenablestheemployeestofeelsubjectiveandempowered.
Tus,preparinganindividualtobecomeasubjectintheprocessofworkrelies
mostlyontheaforementionedentities.Shapingone)sfeelingofidentity/subjec-
tivenessisnecessarynowadays,inthetimesofexceptionallyrapidchangesinall
thespheresofone)slife.Managingpeoplewhoareempoweredandhavetheir
ownidentityshouldprovetobemoreeńectivethanmanagingtheoneswho
needconstantsupervising,andtheirworkcontrolled.Asmentionedbefore,
theworkerswhofeeltheyaremorepartnersthansubordinatesachievefarbetter
workresults,thuscontributingtothedevelopmentofanorganization.Itmay
thusbesaidthathumanresourcemanagementshouldtakethesubjectivity
ofcompetentworkersintoaccount.
Today,thewayofmanaginghumanresourcesinanorganizationischang-
ing.Aworkermustnolongerbetreatedasoneoftheassets,butmusthave
theirownidentity/subjectivenessandco-decideontheorganization)sfunc-
