Thefoundationsofhedonicmethodsareformedbytheso-calledhedonic
hypothesiswhichstatesthatheterogeneouscommoditiesarecharacterizedby
asetofrelativelyhomogeneousattributes(characteristics)relevantbothfrom
thepointofviewofthecustomerandtheproducer.Foragivengooddescribed
