decisions.
Dependingonthenatureofthesystemelementsofdińerentori-
ginstheirstrategicdiagnosticswillletadaptelementsoflanduseto
theexternalenvironment.
Tisapproachensuresacoordinatedinteractionconcerningnor-
malizationofthesystemofcroprotationwithrespecttoqualitative
parametersofthesoil,whichwillprovideplannedreturnoncostof
cultivationofmajorcrops,protectionofthesoilfromerosion,qual-
ityofproductsandothers,whichwillcorrespondtotheprincipleof
thepriorityofecologyovereconomy.
Considerationofthefactorsofwater-airandtemperaturecon-
ditions,solarradiation,theterritoryanditsrelief,vegetation,slope
directionisanessentialorganizationalconditiontoestablishthe
structureofland,systemofdevelopmentofagriculturalsectors,land
regulation.Tereisnodoubtthatthefactoroftheterritory,which
isthemainconditionthatdeterminesnotonlythedegreeofindus-
trializationofagriculturalproduction,organizationandproductiv-
ityoflabor,butalsocanleadtodangerofemergenceofdegradation
processesoftechnologicalandnaturaloriginsinlandutilizationetc.
However,despitetheimportanceofimplementingoftheconver-
gentmethodofutilization,itisstillnotacompletetheorywithstrict
rulesthatwouldbebasedonthesinglefundamentalprinciples,ap-
paratusandmethodology.
