Recently,moreandmoresocietyshowsreliancefordevelopment

ofsuchinstitutionasself-government,theessenceofwhichisthat

everyvillage,townorotheradministrativeandterritorialentitywill

choosetheirpower,givetheirtasksforimplementation,handlethe

progressofeconomic,socialandecologicalprocesses,andgenerally

haveapositiveeńectontheeconomyofUkraine.

Toimprovetheefciencyofthisinstitution,itwillbevestedwith

broadpower,involvingpublicorganizationsandassociations,includ-

ingregionalassociationsofenterprises,publicassociationsofcon-

sumers,chambersofcommerce,associationsofcommercialbanks

etc.,toparticipateinmanagementandregulation.

Tetendencyofstrengtheningtheinterconnectionbetweenmar-

ketmechanismsandeconomicroleofthestateisnotonlyparticularly

necessary,butﬁtsthecurrentstageofdevelopmentofagricultural

landutilizationadequately,thatisaneńectivebaseofincreasingthe

efciencyoflanduse,protectionofeconomiccompetition,increas-

ingthelabourproductivity.
