landownersarenotbroken-ontheonehandandtheinterestsof
otheragentsofsocietyconcerningpreservationoftheproperenvi-
ronmentforthemarefollowed-ontheother.
Tus,onecanconfidentlytalkaboutconvergence,whichisanat-
tributeofinnovativedevelopmentoflandutilization,combiningthe
actionoftwofundamentallydińerentlandusergroups-landown-
ersandlanduserswithcharacteristicnormsandrulesofconductin
society.Convergenceisconsideredasoneofthemostpressingissue,
whichcansolvemanyproblemsexistinginlandrelations.
Nowadays,duringthe“experiment”thatbeganwiththesupport
ofcentralstateauthoritiesandlocalauthoritiesinUkrainemorethan
20agriculturalholdingcompanies,basedonlong-termleasesofland
sharesofthesizefrom100to300ormorethousandhectareswere
established.Inaddition,itshouldbeemphasizedthatinUkraineas
oftheendof2016175farmenterpriseswhichused3468.9thousand
hectaresoffarmlandwereestablished[5],i.e.attheaverageeach
householdowned19830hectaresofland.
Insuchscenariostheexpression,thatensuringsuccessinlifeand
well-beingofthefamilydependsprimarilyontheperson,isbrought
tonothing.Howeverreallifepracticeisdińerent-thesuccessand
well-beinginthecountrysideisdefinedbyonepersonoftheagri-
culturalholdingcompany.Teessenceofsuchstatingoftheissue
isthatagriculturalholdingcompanies,equippedwithmodernfa-
cilitieswithoutinvolvingruralpopulation,accomplishacomplete
cycleofagriculturalworking:fromsowingtocareandharvesting,
usingonlytheworkofseveraloperatorsoftechnicalmeans.I.e.it
becomesapparentthatthelarge-scalelandutilizationhasmoreeco-
nomicsensethansocialone.
Usually,agricultureispriorityofdevelopmentinagriculturalhold-
ingcompanies,becauselivestockindustry,especiallybreedingcattle,
ischaracterizedbyaprolongedpaybackperiod.
Atthesametime,thedevelopmentoffarmsisbasedonrational
combinationofelementsoftwobranches-livestockraisingandcrop
