Iwasalsoconfirmedinmydecisionswithrespecttothetopichaving
readarecentlypublishedworkdevotedtotheLaterRomanprovincegover-
nors.26Thestudyaspiredtobeacomprehensiveone,anobjectivetheauthor
didnotaccomplishassheomitted,againsttheclaimlaidbythetitle,arange
ofimportantresearchthemesandfailedtoincludeallthedifferenceand
peculiaritiesoftheLaterRomanprovincialgovernance.
Thefindingsofresearchundertakenaspartofthisworkmayprove
acognitiveassetforcontemporaryjurisprudence.Thejudiciaryisanele-
mentofcoresignificanceinviewoftheincreasingimportanceofcreative
interpretationoflaweffectedbytribunalsatlaw.27Afterall,itislegitimately
heldthattherhetoricofjudicature,inparticularcaselawofcourts,constitu-
tionaltribunalsorsupremecourtscontributestothecreationofconstitution-
alcommunitygatheredaroundthefundamentalnotionsoftheconstitution:
thatoflaw-governedstate,thedignityofperson,ofhumanrights.28
