assuchareanattributeofpower0Theuseofpublicfinancesiscloselyrelatedtothe

socioeconomicprogrammesofpoliticalpartiesandtheirdoctrines0Importantly,these

doctrinesaffectthescopeandmethodofusingpublicfinancesinpractice0
