topresentmodernITsolutionsusedintheprocessofcommunicationbetween
acustomerandacompany.Itdemonstratesthatnowadaysacompanyhas
tolookforacomputersystemwhichnotonlycouldsupportcommunication
withacustomerthroughanychannel,butwouldalsotakecareofallprocesses
takingplaceinsideacompanyincludingthoseprocessesthatinitiatetheclient-
-companyinteraction.Thetenthpaperputsforthapropositionstatingthat,
ratherthanfollowingtheopinionsofothersandmimickingtheirbehaviours,the
developmentofacultureofevidence-basedactionsinbusinessorganizations
isadvisable,orevennecessary.Theeleventhpaperdiscussesthearchitecture
ofthesystemdevelopedbytheInstituteofEconomics,Rzeszów,Polandto
collectdatafromrealestateportals;atreatmentofsamplebenchmarksand
futureapplicationsinsocialsciencesisprovided,too.Thetwelfthpaperintro-
ducestheknowledgedimensionofcreativebusinessprocessesandusesit
toshowthattheexistingBusinessProcessManagement(BPM)systemsarenot
suitabletosupportthesetypeofprocesses.Thepaperarguesthat,inthecase
ofcreativebusinessprocesses,theclassicalcriteriasuchascost,timeandeffi-
ciencycannotbeenusedsuccessfully,andthatsuchcriteriaasqualityandcrea-
tivitycometocenterstageinstead.Thethirteenthpaperisfocusedontheappli-
cationofcreativedecisionsupportsystems(DSS)inprojectmanagement.The
paperoutlinesthegeneralrulesformindmappingaswellastwospecific
methodologies:onecontributedbytheauthorsthemselves,andonethathas
becomeanindustrystandard.Theaimoffourteenthpaperistopresentthe
