CurrentlywhatisbeingimplementedaretheprovisionsofDirective2012/34/EU
oftheEuropeanParliamentandoftheCouncilof21November2012establishing
asingleEuropeanrailwayareaTextwithEEArelevance,theaimofwhichisto
eliminatebarriersmakingitdifficulttocreateoneEuropeanrailwayarea.Market
