ProlongationSpeechTechnique,withthefocusonprolongingthefirstvowelinthe
word,willcause,ontheanalogy,prolongingthefollowingvowelswhichwillresult
influentpronunciationoftheword.Emphasizingthepictureofthesevowelsinthe
readtextwillbeagoodexampleoftheexercise,e.g.pArticipant,stEreometry17.
