Suchpotentialmightbediagnosedthroughtheevaluationofforceswhichdrive
necessityofeachroleintheenterprise.Itisalsoimportanttoconsiderthekeyactors
inthediagnosisoftriumvirateofrolespotential.Thisissuemightbeperceivedfrom
twoperspectives.Thefirstoneisthelevelofeachindividualplayingoneofkey
rolesinanorganization.Asmentionedearlier,differentattributesofeacharchetypal
rolemightcoherentlyco-existattheindividuallevel.Thesecondoneisthelevelof
managementteam,whichrisesquestionsconcerningtheleveloffulfilmentofall
archetypalrolesandsynergyamongsuchteammembers.CasesanalysedbyBełz,
whichconcerncompaniesfacingrenewalprocessesandcrisisofgrowthshowfor
instancehowentrepreneurialfounderssearchforgoodmanagerswhenexperiencing
crisisofgrowth.Othersshow,ontheotherhand,howmanagersandleadersare
lookingforentrepreneurialpeoplewhenfacing,togetherwiththeirfirms,the
necessityofstrategicrenewal[Bełz2011].Basedonthiscasestudy,weanalyse
psychologicaldeterminantofmanagerialtriumvirateintensityandco-existence.In
thecaseofintensityofeachofthearchetypalrole,thestudyshoweddifferences
amongsuccessfulandunsuccessfulcases,whichisshowninFigure1.
Accordingtothefirstperspective,wecandiagnosetheindividualstructureof
attributesofeachroleandsuggestareasofpersonaldevelopment.Theproblemis,
however,thattherearementalbarriersofco-existenceofarchetypicalroles,which
seemtoberootedineachactor’spersonalityandintheestablishedpatternsof
relationshipbetweenthemandtheirsubordinates.Generally,thesizeofanenterprise
andthelevelofitsorganizationaldevelopmentandintensityofnecessarychanges
causethatrequiredattributesofeacharchetypicalrolecannotbecoherentlyand
efficientlyrealizedbyoneperson.Aclassicexampleofsuchasituationmaybe
awell-knowncontradictionbetweendestructionofexistingorganizationalorder,
aimedatimplementationofinnovativeventure,versusstandardizingandoptimizing
executiveefforts,aimedateffectivenessandcontinuityofoperations.Considering
thesecondperspective,weneedtoevaluatetheabilityofexistingmanagement
