TheTBWmethodalsopresentscertaindependenciesinoccurrencealongwith
othermodernmethodsofmanagement.ItisespeciallyvisiblebetweenTBWand
CEmethod(Hartley1992;Salomon1995;Smith,Reinertsen1991;Syan,Menon
1994).ThemaineffectofimplementationoftheConcurrentEngineeringisshort-
eningthecycleofintroducingtheproducttothemarket.Manyspecialistsfrom
variousdomainsmustbeengagedinrealizationofparticularphasestomakethis
processpossible.Suchsituationnaturallyforcesparticipanttoworkinteams.So,
teamworkisoneofconditionsoftheeffectiveCEimplementation.Itassumesawide
autonomyofemployeesthatbringspositiveeffectsinformofdevelopmentorcrea-
tivity.Teamsaiminobtainingthesynergyeffect;thisbringsbetterresultsif
realizedtasksrequirevariousskills,accuraciesofjudgmentsandexperience
(Sikora2000).
Theefficientfunctioningofenterprisesonthemarketrequirestheirproper
adaptationtoitsrequirements,whichshouldbeexpressedwithexploitingabroad
spectrumofmentionedmodernconceptionsandmethodsofmanagement,taking
underconsiderationconnections,whichareappearingbetweenthem.Thescopeof
thisusingandtheassessmentofeffectivenessofmarketactionconstitutethesub-
jectoftheresearchledinsmallandmediumenterprisesofthegassectorinthe
GreaterPoland.Thereweretwomainareasthatwereespeciallyexaminedasfoun-
dationstofurtheranalysis.Presentedelaborationdiscussesproblemsthathave
occurredwhileinterpretingfindingsoftheresearch.
1.2.ISSUEAREAS
Firstareaincludedtheanalysisofthescopeofusingmodernconceptionsand
managementmethods.Therehasbeenacceptedthepresumptionthattheirapplica-
tionisrepresentedbytheoccurrenceofdeterminedsymptoms(Trzcieliński,
Motała2006;Trzcieliński,Motała2007;Trzcielińskiandothers2008).Appearing
ofsymptomswasdescribedwiththebinarysystem,i.e.individualsymptomis
beingidentifiedintheenterpriseoritisnot.Next,basingonparticularsetofsymp-
tomsitisnecessarytoassess,ifthemethodtheydescribeisappliedinthecompany
andinwhatextent.Individualanalyzedsymptomshavedifferentmeaninginthe
rangeofapplicationoftheconceptormethod.Firstproblemappearedinthislevel
ofresearch.Itconcernedtheweightofindividualsymptomsintheevaluationof
therangeofimplementationofmodernconceptsandmethodsofmanagement.
Withaviewtocomparingreceivedresultstwomethodswereapplied.First
fromthemconsistedingrantingweightstoindividualsymptomswithuseofthe
expertmethod
