Theinspection,whatconceptionsandmethodsarebeingusedbyenterprises
effectivelyfunctioningonthemarketrequireddetermining,whichcompaniescan
beperceivedasefficient.Aftercollectingconclusiveassessmentsofenterprises
receivedfrommarketpartnersandcompetitors,eachgroupwasdividedontwo
nextthatreflectbusinessunitsthathavegainedhighnotesandthose,whichhad
poorevaluations.Determiningtheborderlineinthisassessmentwastheproblem.
Twosolutionshavebeentakenunderconsideration:themedianhasbeenestab-
lishedastheborderlinedividinggoodandweakenterprises.Hencedetermined
methodhadadisadvantage-itdidn’thaveanyrelationwiththeacceptedscaleof
evaluation.Figure1presentsvaluesofthoseevaluations.Asaresultofsuchadivi-
sionfrommarketpartnersnineenterprisesgotagoodmarkandsimilarlywellnine
companieswerejudgedbythefinalrecipient.

WhilecollectingtheopiniononexaminedenterprisesaLikertscale(1-5)was
applied,inwhichthevalue1hasbeenacceptedasthelowestnoteandthevalue5-
thehighestone.Inaimtomaintaintherelationofthedivisionintogroupofstrong
andweakfirmswiththescaleofnotes,therehasbeenacceptedtotreatthevalue3
astheborderlinevaluebecauseitdividesthescaleintotwohalves.Sixteenenter-
prisesgothighnotefromtheirpartnersinthistypeofdivisionofwellassessed
companies;howevertwelveobtainedhighnotefromfinalrecipientsinthismethod.
Figure2illustratesvaluesofdeterminedassessments.
