Learnerwell-being-Itcouldberewardingtoworkwithlearnersandexplorethe
notionofwell-beingtogether:Openingdialogueandseeingwhattheyperceiveas
theirneeds,whattheywouldwantmoretimeandsupportfor,andhowyoucanwork
togetherformorepositivewell-beingintheEnglishclassroom.Naturally,engaging
withlearnersaspartnersandensuringtheyhaveavoiceisempoweringforthem
andcanstrengthenteacher-studentrelationships.Whynotmakewell-beingatopic
youbothworktowardsabetterunderstandingofasresearchpartners?
Teacherwell-being-Tetermself-careofencreatesthenotionthatwell-beingis
somethingdoneindividuallyandalone.Infact,well-beingissomethingthatcanbe
especiallyefectivewhendonewithatrustedcolleagueorteamofcolleagueswho
alsowishtoworkontheirwell-beinggoals.Colleaguescansupportandmotivate
eachothertomakewell-beinggoalseasiertoattainandremaincommittedto.How

andasastafcommunity?
