Godsawthatitwasgood.1.22Godblessedthem,saying,“Befruitful,
andmultiply,andfillthewatersintheseas,andletbirdsmultiply
ontheearth.”1.23Therewaseveningandtherewasmorning,afifth
day.
1.24Godsaid,“Lettheearthproducelivingcreaturesaftertheirkind,
livestock,creepingthings,andanimalsoftheearthaftertheirkind”;
anditwasso.1.25Godmadetheanimalsoftheearthaftertheirkind,
andthelivestockaftertheirkind,andeverythingthatcreepsonthe
groundafteritskind.Godsawthatitwasgood.
1.26Godsaid,“Letusmakemaninourimage,afterourlikeness:and
letthemhavedominionoverthefishofthesea,andoverthebirds
ofthesky,andoverthelivestock,andoveralltheearth,andover
everycreepingthingthatcreepsontheearth.”1.27Godcreatedman
inhisownimage.InGod’simagehecreatedhim;maleandfemale
hecreatedthem.1.28Godblessedthem.Godsaidtothem,“Befruitful,
multiply,filltheearth,andsubdueit.Havedominionoverthefish
ofthesea,overthebirdsofthesky,andovereverylivingthingthat
movesontheearth.”1.29Godsaid,“Behold,[“Behold”,from“ה
