Oneshouldalsoconsidertheissuesthatsafetyisalsoforeverypersoninpart
somethingelse,verypersonalandindividual,dependingonage,sex,environment,
conditionsofexistenceandsystemsofvalues,education.
Treatsmaybediferent,manytypesanddivisionsarementioned,dependingon
theadoptedcriteria.Forexample,usingthesubjectcriterion,wedistinguishpolitical,
military,economic,informational,social(socio-cultural)andecologicalthreats.
Modernstatesmustbeabletoresistarmedattackanddefendtheterritory,
aswellasensureprotectionanddefenseofthepopulationagainsttheefectsof
technicalandecologicaldisasters,naturaldisastersandterrorism.Nowadays,in
itsactivities,thestatemustalsoanticipatetheefectsofbroadlyunderstoodcivi-
lizationalprogress,includingtheefectsof:socialpovertyandstratificationand
disproportionsinthedevelopmentofindividualregions,butalsomigrationand
globalization

2.Theimportanceofeducationforsecurity
Teenormousdynamicsofchangesthatexistinthecontemporaryworldand
moreandmoresurprisingproblemsarouseinmanaconcernforhisfuture.Te
constantintensificationandrapidsocialchangesaswellastheunpredictabilityof
tomorrowintimesdependentonscientificandtechnicalprogress,ITandmedia,is
anextremelydifcultproblemfortheeducationofthe21stcentury.Educationfor
safetyisusuallydefinedasasetofpracticesandactivitiesaimedatbetterpreparing
youngpeopleandadultstoactivelyparticipateinademocraticlifebyrecognizing
andexercisingtheirrightsanddutiesinsociety

Educationplaysafundamentalroleinshapingsecurity.Itisaprocessof
acquiringknowledge,consistingofupbringingandeducation,whichincreasethe
stateofknowledgeanddevelopspecificfeaturesandskills.
Educationisthewholeofprocesseswhoseaimistochangepeopleaccording
totheidealsandeducationalgoalsprevailinginagivensociety

Tetaskofeducationisnotonlytodevelopintellectualandmanualabilities
ofpeople,butalsotopreparethemforexistenceinthenewreality.
