schoolyearin14schools.
AferthepilotstudyTeMichiganCouncilforEducatorEńectiveness
workedfor18monthstodeveloptheirskillsand,recommendationsandpub-
lishdocumentsuggestingtobasetheevaluationofteachers’performanceontwo
keyaspectsoftheirwork:(1)theirpracticeand(2)theirstudents’growth.Te
observationonpracticeofteachingmustbedonewithoneoftheusedinthe
