fessionalresourcesthatwillstimulateeńectivenessofteachingandlearningby
prioritizing,monitoringandcoordinatingthem.Testandardsrequirecollecting
dataonprofessionallearningthatincreasesteachers’eńectivenessandevaluate
professionallearning.TeLearningDesignsmustintegratetheories,researchand
models.Itrecommendsappliesresearchonchangesandalignsitsoutcomeswith
educatorperformanceandstudentcurriculumstandards.

Temanyconcernsinteacher’spreparationandevaluationshouldbefurther
analyzedandrecognizedbythepoliticiansandpolicymakersthatcreatethereg-
ulations.Temaingoalofeveryinitiativeshouldbetofacilitateteachers’work
andstimulatetheirpractice.Multipleevaluationsarenotimprovingpracticejust
tiredoutalreadyoverloadedteachers.Tenewinitiativesshouldtakeintocon-
siderationteachers’andstudents’needsthatarerelatedtothedińerentsocio-cul-
turalfactorsandeconomic.
Itisestimatethatthetotalannualizedcostofthenewregulationsinteachers’
preparationwouldbebetween$42.0millionand$42.1millionovertenyears.
