dataonprofessionallearningthatincreasesteachers’eńectivenessandevaluate
professionallearning.TeLearningDesignsmustintegratetheories,researchand
models.Itrecommendsappliesresearchonchangesandalignsitsoutcomeswith
educatorperformanceandstudentcurriculumstandards.

ulations.Temaingoalofeveryinitiativeshouldbetofacilitateteachers’work
andstimulatetheirpractice.Multipleevaluationsarenotimprovingpracticejust
tiredoutalreadyoverloadedteachers.Tenewinitiativesshouldtakeintocon-
siderationteachers’andstudents’needsthatarerelatedtothedińerentsocio-cul-
turalfactorsandeconomic.
