preparationprogramperformanceunderproposed§612.4.
Proposed§614.2(c)(1)—EachStatemustestablish,inconsultationwitharepre-
sentativegroupofstakeholders,theproceduresforassessingandreporting
theperformanceofeachteacherpreparationprogramintheState.Teinfor-
mationreportedmustincludetheweightingofindicatorstobeused,the
