aresometimesprescribedbylaw.Thesanctionfornotcomply-
ingwiththeprescribedformmaybeinvalidity(i.e.theformmust
beusedonpainofnullity-adsolemnitatem)and/orevidentiary
restrictionsontheuseoftestimonyofwitnessesandparties(the
writtenformforevidentiarypurposes-adprobationem).Thelat-
terinstancedoesnotapplytobusiness-to-business(B2B)contracts
because,accordingtotheCivilCode,theprovisionsonthewritten
formforevidentiarypurposesdonotapplytojuridicalactsinrela-
tionsbetweenentrepreneurs.
