offertility.Howeverthisisnotquiteright,becausethesoilistheba-

sisoflifeofbiodiversity.Tesoilisacomplexsystem.

Animportantpracticalsteptowardsharmonizationofquanti-

tativeandqualitativeparametersoflandutilization,applicationof

aninnovativemodelofdevelopmentisapracticalexperiencein

theﬁeldofstudyofsoil,agriculture,medicine,andlandmanage-

ment,orientedonpreservationofthewealthoflandfund,preser-

vationandreproductionofnaturalfertilityofthesoil.Concerning
