treatedasiftheywereofsecondaryimportance.Stillotherproblems,
suchasrelationswithtownauthoritiesandtownsmen,orcooperation
betweenthecommunitiesandcentralJewishself-government
(betweentheprovincialcounciloftheWielkopolskaJewsand
theCouncilofFourLands),werenotraisedatall.Iamawarethat
manyaspectsofaJewishcommunity’slifecallforfurtherstudies,
alsobasedonthesourcematerialscomingfromotherregionsof
theCommonwealth.
