Duetotheclearstructuringofinformationinelectronicencyclopedias,we
havetheopportunitytosearchfortheinformationwhichcomplieswiththe
objectives,showingthecreativeapproachandworkingonpossiblelearning
strategiesorgeneralknowledge.
Itisobviousthatnowadayselectronicencyclopediclearningisbecoming
ofparamountimportance.Itemsoftheagendaarethefollowing:thedevelopment
ofinformationencyclopedicresourcesofvariouspurposes(scientific,scientific-
-popular,personal);organizational-technicalissuesofstructural,system-tech-
nicalresourcesformation,ensuringtheircontent;legalaspectsofinformation
publicationthatistheobjectofintellectualpropertyrights.Tereisalsoacom-
binationofencyclopedicresourcesofavariousspecialandthematicareas,the
reader’spurposesintheUkrainianelectronicinformationspace.
Indińerentcountriesallovertheworld,encyclopediceditionsarethemost
developedreferencepublicationsfromthepointofviewoftheoryandmethod-
ology.So,inAmericanandBritishreferencebooks,whichhavemorethancen-
tenaryhistoryandexperienceofsolvingpracticalproblems,normalizationof
thegrowinginformationflowisbeingachievedthroughthedetailedscientific-
referenceapparatus,cumulativeindexesandnominallists(alphabeticallistswith
referencestothevolumes,subjectindexesofpersonsinaccordancewiththeir
occupationsandprofessions,aswellasthematicindexes,geographicalindexes,

Encyclopediaisauniqueregisterofnationalachievementsandcountrywealth,

Speakingoftheyearsofindependence,itshouldbenotedthatmuchhasbeen
donetoreconstructacompletepictureofourhistory,science,culture,including
